**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a passionate and result-driven **Sales Representative** to join our team in **Dhar**. You’ll be responsible for increasing sales, expanding market reach, and building lasting relationships with distributors and retailers.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Promote and sell Mehta Tea products to retailers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve market coverage.
- Ensure strong product visibility and brand presence.
- Identify new business opportunities in your territory.
- Share market and competitor insights with the team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- 1-3 years of FMCG sales experience (tea/detergent preferred).
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Energetic, disciplined, and target-oriented personality.
