- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Should be flexible with shift timings.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Strong English speaking, English writing, and listening skills.
- Schedule meetings and sales appointments.
- Good understanding of the complete sales cycle.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
- Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint.
