JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Designing counseling strategies to maximize enrollment of Students.

*Assisting the Students in choosing the right project

*Updating self about the latest offerings, Projects, training solutions and placement opportunities.

*Counsel the Students at the initial stage about their Projects, benefits of the Projects, and clarify all the queries raised by prospective Students.

*Inform the prospective Students about the financial assistance available in our Company.

*Take regular feedback from the Students about the Projects programme and take corrective measures for counseling strategies.

*To compile, maintain and frequently update data in the prescribed formats

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
*Interpersonal and presentation skills

*Communication and convincing skills

*Pleasing personality, positive outlook and approachable

*Fluency in English and local language

*Network building capabilities
