**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teach Mathematics Effectively**:

- Deliver engaging online Maths lessons for students in classes 6 to 10, covering topics such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, etc.
- Simplify complex mathematical concepts to cater to various learning paces and styles.
- **Lesson Planning and Content Creation**:

- Prepare detailed lesson plans, digital teaching aids, and assignments aligned with the school curriculum.
- Develop interactive presentations, video demonstrations, and practice worksheets for effective online learning.
- **Conduct Interactive Classes**:

- Use tools like virtual whiteboards, quizzes, and polls to encourage participation and maintain student engagement.
- Manage the online classroom to ensure a productive learning environment.
- **Student Assessments and Feedback**:

- Create and administer assignments, quizzes, and exams through online platforms.
- Provide constructive feedback on student performance and suggest ways for improvement.
- **Track Student Progress**:

- Monitor and maintain records of individual student performance.
- Conduct remedial classes or extra sessions for students who need additional support.
- **Collaborate with Parents/Guardians**:

- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child’s progress and suggestions for continued learning at home.
- **Professional Growth**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in online education and innovative Maths teaching methods.
- Attend institutional workshops, webinars, and training programs to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- **Curriculum Adherence and Innovation**:

- Teach as per the guidelines of the curriculum (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, or IB syllabus).
- Bring creativity to lesson delivery using games, puzzles, and other techniques to engage students.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching certification is mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience teaching Maths for classes 6-10.
- Online teaching experience is an advantage.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
- Skilled in using virtual whiteboards, learning management systems, and online assessment tools.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience while teaching complex topics.
- Capable of maintaining a positive and encouraging classroom environment.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
