We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to join our men’s wear manufacturing team. This individual will oversee the production process, ensure quality standards are met, and coordinate with job workers and factories to achieve a flawless finish on all garments. The role requires regular travel between factories and production sites.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance:

- Inspect garments at various stages of production to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards.
- Identify defects, recommend corrective actions, and ensure rectifications are implemented.

2. Production Oversight:

- Monitor production schedules and workflows to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with job workers and factory teams to resolve production challenges.

3. Process Improvement:

- Develop and implement quality control processes to reduce errors and wastage.
- Provide feedback to production teams on ways to improve garment quality and efficiency.

4. Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and production status.
- Report production issues and delays to management with actionable solutions.

5. Factory Coordination:

- Travel to various factory locations to oversee production.
- Ensure smooth communication and work delegation among job workers and factory staff.

Job Requirements:
1. Educational Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or a related field is preferred.

2. Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience in quality control or production management in the garment manufacturing industry (men’s wear preferred).

3. Skills and Abilities:

- Strong understanding of garment construction, stitching, and finishing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Good communication and leadership skills to manage workers effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

4. Other Requirements:

- Willingness to travel frequently between factory locations.
- Proficiency in using basic software for reporting and documentation (MS Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with men’s wear production standards and techniques is a plus.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
