- **Position**:Inside Sales - Executive (Online Lead Generation)
- **Location**:Noida
- **Type**:Full-Time

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- 2-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare services or corporate health benefits.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest or experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

**Inside Sales Job Responsibilities**:

- Revenue Generation: Solicit and secure orders, interpret technical requirements, and provide technical information to develop accounts.
- Market Analysis: Assess competitors by analyzing trends and identifying sales opportunities.
- Lead Development: Research and identify potential accounts, build rapport with prospects, and provide technical information and quotations.
- Account Management: Manage client onboarding processes, including contract signing, invoicing, and fulfilment requirements.
- Client Retention: Deepen client relationships through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve client concerns through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Process Improvement: Maintain quality standards, suggest process improvements, and stay updated with new products and solutions.
- Goal Achievement: Take ownership of achieving department and organization objectives, exploring opportunities to add value.
