**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Clients in the US.
- Responsible for handling different types of IT and Non-IT requirements
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
- Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
- Ready to work on-site.
