**Key Responsibilities**:
1. HVAC Systems
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot any issues to ensure maximum system efficiency.

2. MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing):

- Manage the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors for any major repairs or upgrades when necessary.

3. General Maintenance:

- Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations across the facility, including preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage repairs, renovations, and upgrades to the buildings infrastructure.
- Ensure the upkeep of all equipment, ensuring mínimal downtime and operational efficiency.

4. Team Management:

- Lead a team of technicians, assign tasks, and monitor their performance.
- Conduct regular training and skill development sessions to enhance the teams knowledge and performance.

5. Vendor Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with external service providers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Obtain competitive quotations for repair and maintenance services.

6. Inventory Management:

- Maintain an inventory of tools, parts, and equipment required for maintenance work.
- Ensure proper documentation and usage tracking of materials.

7. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct routine inspections to ensure a safe working environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
