**JD for the profile of Personal Secretary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Executive Calendar Management**:
Strategically manage and optimize the executive’s schedule, prioritizing appointments, meetings, and travel to maximize efficiency.
**Communication Oversight**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for correspondence, drafting, reviewing, and ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication on behalf of the executive**.**
**Confidential Information Management**:
Safeguard sensitive information and documents, maintaining strict confidentiality and exercising discretion at all times.
**Meeting Support and Coordination**:
Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and tracking actionable items to ensure timely follow-up.
**Stakeholder Liaison**:
Act as a bridge between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
**Document and Report Preparation**:
Assist in creating, editing, and finalizing high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation, ensuring alignment with business objectives**.**
**Travel and Logistics Management**:
Plan and coordinate complex travel arrangements, including itinerary preparation, accommodations, and on-ground support, ensuring hassle-free travel experiences**.**
**Workflow Optimization**:
Proactively manage office operations, resolve bottlenecks, and handle ad-hoc responsibilities to maintain a smooth and productive workflow**.**
**Strategic Insight Support**:
Conduct research, gather data, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives**.**
**Professional Development Assistance**:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, offering innovative ideas to enhance the executive's operational effectiveness**.**
**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration or related fields).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of **Hindi** and **Marathi** will be an advantage
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to take shorthand and transcribe accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor**.**:

**Salary Range**
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
