**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Develop and deliver engaging course content, including lectures, coding exercises, and hands-on projects.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in MERN stack development.
- Assist in curriculum development and enhancement based on industry trends and feedback.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.

**Qualifications:

- **
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end web development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and cloud services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
- Previous experience in a training or mentoring role is preferred but optional.
