Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Design creatives, posters, banners, and digital ads.
- Create brand-aligned social media assets.
- Develop branding materials for marketing campaigns and events.

Videography
- Plan, shoot, and direct professional-quality videos (indoor/outdoor).
- Manage lighting, framing, and camera work independently.
- Capture behind-the-scenes, promotional, and product content.

Video Editing
- Edit raw footage into engaging short-form and long-form videos.
- Add captions, transitions, music, and effects.
- Repurpose long-form videos into Reels, Shorts, and bite-sized clips.

Social Media Content
- Stay updated with content trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Suggest fresh and innovative content ideas to boost engagement.
- Optimize videos for maximum performance across platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Understanding of social media content strategies and trends.
- Ability to work independently with great attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with storytelling skills.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with Canva or Figma.
- Knowledge of basic animation or 2D graphics.
- Prior work in branding, advertising, or social media marketing.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
