I Max Academy is seeking a dynamic and passionate English teacher to join our team. As an English teacher, you will play a vital role in educating and inspiring young minds aged 6 to 13 years. We are looking for a female teacher who is enthusiastic about teaching and fostering a love for English language and literature.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students aged 6 to 13 years.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and express themselves confidently.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with curriculum objectives and educational standards.
- Incorporate various teaching methodologies, activities, and resources to enhance students' language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English language proficiency and achieve academic success.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administrators to support students' holistic development and address any concerns or challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements, and communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child's academic performance.
- Stay updated on current trends, best practices, and innovations in English language teaching and integrate them into instructional practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching English language and literature to elementary or middle school students preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and engage with young learners effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and deliver lessons efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and a genuine passion for education and language learning.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies and approaches to meet the diverse needs of students and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences is desirable.
