Qualification Any Graduate

Experience 2-4 Years

Reporting to Admin Head

Role: General Administration Management and reception

Key Functional Responsibility:

- Preparation of detailed travel schedule and itineraries
- MDs diary management, arranging offices, transportation access to building and team events if

required. Typing -correspondence, reports, minutes
- Being the first point contact and key liaison for the office
- General administration and management of confidential and sensitive

information Set up and co-ordinate meetings conference & events
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skill (English) &
Presentable Ability to draft suitable letters without guidance.

Functional Knowledge, Skill & Expertise
- Good Verbal and Communication skills

Presentable
- Mail drafting independently
- Knowledge of social media will be added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
