**Key Responsibility Areas for Resort Security and Admin Officer**

**1. Security Management**
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests, staff, and property within the resort premises.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security protocols and procedures for the resort.
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security audits and inspections.
- Manage and coordinate the resort’s security team, ensuring they are trained, equipped, and motivated.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose improvements to mitigate potential security threats.
- Respond promptly to any security incidents, emergencies, or breaches, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.

**2. Access Control**
- Implement and oversee access control systems for resort entry points.
- Manage guest, staff, vendor, and contractor access to restricted areas of the resort.
- Conduct background checks for staff and third-party contractors as needed.

**3. Emergency Response & Crisis Management**
- Develop and manage the resort’s emergency response plan, including evacuation procedures and first aid readiness.
- Lead crisis management efforts in the event of emergencies such as fire, natural disasters, or security threats.
- Conduct regular emergency drills and training sessions for all staff members.

**4. Safety Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and security regulations.
- Regularly update safety protocols based on current trends and regulatory changes.
- Oversee fire safety systems, alarms, extinguishers, and fire drills to ensure readiness.

**5. Incident Reporting & Investigation**
- Maintain an accurate record of all security incidents and maintain a database of reports.
- Investigate and resolve security breaches or suspicious activities, providing detailed findings and corrective action recommendations.

**6. Vendor and Contractor Management**
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for various administrative and security needs.
- Ensure that contractors working on-site adhere to the resort’s security and safety protocols.

**7. Administrative Functions**
- Oversee the resort’s administrative operations, including managing office supplies, staff logistics, and general facilities management.
- Assist with administrative coordination for events, special functions, and VIP guest security.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems for security and administration-related matters.

**8. Team Leadership and Staff Development**
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the security and admin staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Plan and execute security staff training programs, including customer service, safety protocols, and conflict resolution.

**9. Guest Relations and Customer Service**
- Address and resolve guest security concerns professionally and promptly.
- Provide guests with necessary security information upon arrival and during their stay.
- Foster a safe and welcoming environment for all guests, maintaining a strong security presence without intrusion.

**10. Budget and Resource Management**
- Prepare and manage the budget for the resort’s security and administrative operations.
- Ensure optimal use of resources, including manpower and security systems, while staying within budget constraints.

**11. Reporting and Communication**
- Prepare and present regular security and administrative reports to the resort management.
- Ensure clear communication between departments regarding security matters and any potential risks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
