The Packaging Graphics Designer is responsible for developing and designing packaging labels that effectively communicate brand identity and product information while enhancing the consumer experience. This role involves working closely with the product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to create designs that are both visually appealing and functional.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Packaging Design**:

- Create and design packaging graphics for various products of our company.
- Develop innovative design concepts that align with brand guidelines and market trends.
- Ensure packaging designs are visually compelling and effectively communicate product benefits and information.

**Effective Coordination**:

- Work closely with product development and marketing teams to understand packaging requirements and objectives.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to design concepts.

**Brand and Market Alignment**:

- Ensure packaging designs align with the company’s brand identity and meet market demands.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor packaging, and consumer preferences to inspire and inform design decisions.

**Technical and Compliance**:

- Prepare and provide print-ready files and specifications to ensure high-quality production.
- Ensure designs comply with industry regulations, including labeling requirements and sustainability standards.
- Conduct quality checks to confirm that the final packaging meets design standards and specifications.

**Innovation and Improvement**:

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve packaging design processes and practices.
- Explore new materials, technologies, and design techniques to enhance packaging effectiveness and sustainability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in packaging design or a related role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design projects and creative solutions.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and production techniques.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects effectively.

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm

Location: VPO Daburji, Rampura Industrial Area, G.T. Road, Amritsar.
