**What you would do**:
**1. Mood boarding & Concept Presentation**:

- Develop mood boards to capture the vision and inspiration for design projects.
- Create and present concept presentations to internal teams and clients.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.

**2. Managing Uniform Design Program**:

- Oversee the entire uniform design process from initial concept through product development (sampling).
- Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and client specifications.
- Manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of uniform designs.

**3. Coordination with Sales and Sampling Teams**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and market trends.
- Work closely with the sampling team to ensure design feasibility and quality.
- Facilitate effective communication between design, sales, and sampling teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion, or a related field (e.g. NIFT, NID).
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a design role.
- Proven experience managing design projects from concept to completion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe, Corel).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lal Bagh, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Fashion Design: 3 years (preferred)
