**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver comprehensive violin instruction to students, catering to beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that encompass technique, music theory, sight-reading, repertoire, and performance skills.
- Teach various violin techniques, including bowing, fingering, intonation, vibrato, and expressive playing.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere that motivates students to excel in their violin studies.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare students for performances, recitals, and competitions.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the violin program and participate in faculty meetings and events.
- Stay updated with current teaching methodologies, pedagogical approaches, and advancements in violin education.
- Engage in continuous professional development to further enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in music, with a specialization in violin performance or education.
- Proficiency in playing the Western violin, demonstrating technical mastery, expressiveness, and musicality.
- Previous experience in teaching violin lessons to students of different ages and skill levels.
- Strong knowledge of music theory, sight-reading, music history, and repertoire specific to Western violin.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and fellow faculty members.
- Patient, encouraging, and supportive teaching approach, adapting lessons to meet the unique needs of individual students.
- Ability to create well-structured lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Availability to teach during weekdays and weekends, to accommodate students' schedules.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth within the field of Western violin education.
