Location - **Madurai**, Tamil Nadu

Experience 4 to 5 Yrs

Qualification - B.E/B Tech in **Civil**

Skills Required
- 1. Once new project is awarded coordinate with accounts to create new job code in consultation with Management.

2. Review and understand the scope of work from the BOQ received from Estimation department for the respective projects.

3. MR are raised on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from site, once MR’s are received from sites, review the MR with respect to respective project BOQ and Drawings. (However, MR are raised all days till 10pm at night)

4. MR are approved in consultation with site team and Management and forward the same to Stores, Procurement, and respective Project team. MR’s sent to stores for getting material availability at store and to get report on material to procure or stock available.

5. MR’s with variations are recorded in Variation LOG and approved in consultation with Management.

6. MR’s with Rework are recorded in Rework Log in discussion with management and forwarded for their records.

7. MR’s with Snag works are recorded in Snag work LOG.

8. MR’s with scope for Steel and Joinery department are noted and WO are raised for the respective departments and circulated with project team, respective departments and management.

9. Preparation of MR approval log for each MR Day and circulating with Project team and management on MR approved / pending / rejected for records.

10. Entry of MR in PACT and raising of Purchase requisition in PACT.

11. Verifying and signing of LPOs (Purchase and Sub-contractor) with approved MR, Cost comparisons, and Budget.

12. Approval of LPO in PACT for further processing of payments.

13. Allocation of Budget for Sub-contractor works.

14. Coordinating with Estimation to convert Variation LOG to Quotation and onward submission.

15. Verification of Supplier Invoices with Delivery order, GRD entry and signing Payment Vouchers.

16. Verification of Petty Cash purchase received from site and signing.

17. Project Wise filing of MR, Supplier / subcontractor Invoice / petty cash bills (Hard Copy)

18. On project completion coordinating with different departments for compiling of reports for final account and project closeout.

**CIVIL & MEP -**

1. Preparation of MR approval LOG

2. MR and Purchase request entry in PACT

3. Project wise filing of Approved MR soft copy.

4. LPO approval in PACT

5. Preparation of Internal Work orders for Steel and Joinery Department and circulation.

6. Forwarding of approved MR to Project Team

7. PACT entry of MR for which cash purchase is done from site.
