**Marketing Officer Fresher**

As the part of our business expansion to an ecommerce start-up, we are currently hiring for Sales and Marketing Manager to work from our Coimbature office. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing and sales strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
- Develop content of marketing campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and internet research.
- Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- Freshers - Graduates (Marketing & Sales)
- Upto 1 years of relevant experience
- Full understanding of all social media platforms
- English fluency is mandatory
- Freshers to be considered based on communication skills and drive for sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salem, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
