Executive Chef:
Job Summary:
- Experience in occidental/western cuisine
- Organised and conscious of the idea of efficiency
- Accountable for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations
- Exhibit culinary talent by personally performing tasks while leading the team and managing all food related functions
- Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximising financial performance
- Supervise all kitchen areas (restaurant,room service, staff cafeteria, dishwash) to ensure a consistent high quality product is delivered
- Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved
**Profile**:
Gradute in any field with 6-8 yrs experience in culinary OR
3 yrs degree from an accredited culinary school and 4 years of related experience.
Main responsibilities:
Accountable for day to day kitchen ops.
Interpersonal skills to lead, influence and encourage the team
Demonstrate honesty/integrity and lead by example
Ensure property policies are administered and adhered to fairly and consistently
