**Designation: Denim designer.**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Doing thorough research for any season and adapting trends and forecasts as per the market requirement.
2. Creating or visualizing an idea and producing flat sketches or computer-aided design (CAD) using software like Corel draw or adobe illustrator.
3. Strong understanding of the denim process from trend, pulling wash standards, building wash ranges, wash comments, and shade bands.
4. Understanding of how to fit denim.
5. Working with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, tech, quality, sales, marketing, etc., to develop products to meet a brief.
6. Understanding of fabric performance from stretch levels to indigo.
7. Sourcing, selecting and buying fabrics, trims, fastenings, and embellishments.
8. Adapt existing designs for mass production.
9. Understanding the complications of garment construction and helping the team in the creation of these, including fitting, detailing, and adaptations.
9. Oversee product development and ensure timely development of samples.

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
