We are hiring Corporate Java Trainers with Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate and SQL Server.

Position: Corporate Java Trainer
Work Location: Bengaluru / Salem / Chennai / Hyderabad
Experience: 6 Months to 5 Years
Salary Package: 1.5 Lakhs to 7 Lakhs PA
(Permanent)

Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Job Description:

- Hands-on in tools and techniques to make the program effective.
- Should have knowledge of open source tools.
- Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements.
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda.
- Determine course content according to objectives.
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.).
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc in groups or individually.
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate the results of training programs.
- Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a technical trainer/relevant teaching experience.
- Experience in designing technical course content.
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses.
- Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint).
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Degree in a relevant technical field.
- Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
