**Role Overview**:
The Mid-Level Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in developing and implementing creative visual content across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media. This position demands a blend of creativity, collaboration, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all projects effectively communicate the intended message while aligning with our clients' branding strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize designs that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
- Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in graphic design and digital marketing, integrating best practices into daily work.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency setting.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating a variety of design materials.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in Canva.
- Exceptional visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and creativity.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
