As a Portfolio Associate, you will support the management, monitoring, and reporting of investments across the Lead Invest portfolio. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for someone passionate about startups, investing, mentoring and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
**Track and update portfolio performance metrics and milestones** Maintain internal dashboards and investor reports

**Coordinate with portfolio companies for regular updates and data**

Assist in preparing investor communication and quarterly reviews

**Support exits, follow-ons, and governance compliance**

Liaise with legal and finance teams for documentation and audits

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
