**About Client-**Client is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and leveraging technology to enhance clinical workflows. We are seeking an experienced EMR Trainer with a proven track record of working with and training on eClinicalWorks (eCW) to join our team. Position.

**Summary-**The EMR Trainer will play a key role in the successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of the eClinicalWorks (eCW) platform across our organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for clinical and administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective use of the EMR system.

**Key Responsibilities-**
- Design, develop, and deliver eClinicalWorks (eCW) training programs for end-users, including providers, nurses, administrative staff, and billing teams.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements for new hires, existing staff, and upgrades/updates to the eCW system.
- Create training materials, user guides, quick reference sheets, and online resources tailored to various roles and skill levels.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring engagement and understanding among participants.
- Provide one-on-one support to users as needed to address specific challenges or learning gaps.
- Collaborate with IT and clinical leadership to customize eCW workflows that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on new features, updates, and best practices within eClinicalWorks and integrate them into training programs.
- Support go-live events and post-implementation activities to ensure smooth adoption of the eCW system.

**Qualifications-**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an EMR Trainer, with at least 2 years specializing in eClinicalWorks (eCW).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW) functionalities, including clinical documentation, scheduling, billing, and reporting.
- Strong instructional design and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proven ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
- **Preferred**:

- Certification in eClinicalWorks (e.g., eCW Trainer Certification).
- Experience with adult learning methodologies and training tools.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
