**Experience**:1 - 5 Years of experience.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Operate and set up horizontal boring machines to drill and machine parts.
- Inspect and measure finished parts for accuracy and quality.
- Operate gear shaping, hobbing, and grinding machines to create and finish gears.
- Inspect gears for precision and make adjustments to machines as needed.
- Assemble and install mechanical parts and machinery based on blueprints.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Set up and operate Vertical Turret Lathes (VTL) to machine parts.
- Monitor and inspect parts for quality during the machining process.
- Operate CNC or manual turning machines to shape metal parts.
- Ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards through inspection.
- Operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision parts.
- Set up machines and input programming for specific jobs and inspect the final product.
