he / she should have 6+ years experience with the following knowledge

**Documentation in Charge duties & Responsibilities**
- Packing Plan, Invoice, Packing List Preparing - Instruction giving to Assistant
- Bank Documents preparation
- Customs Document preparation
- Proforma invoice Maintenance, Checking
- Buyer Documents Preparing & Checking
- ALL ERCMC renewal and follow-up
- BL draft preparing ,approval and arranging to collect
- Forwarder booking and Follow ups
- ECGC and buyer Credit Limit
- L/C Opening follow up’s
- Party Payment Realization
- Shipment Advise & documents
- Pre Shipment Documents
- Certificate of Origin arrangements
- Local transport Documentation to Port

GSP certification of Origin ,
