**AUTO CAD Draughts man (Civil)**

**Job description**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to senior architects/project heads
- Selecting appropriate materials required
- Producing CAD drafting, detail drawing, etc.
- Overall Coordinating with team members, Checking their work and finalizing the same.
- Establish a cordial understanding with architects to understand their design and translate the same into reality.
- Prepare project schedule and see to their execution
- On finalization of all documents, manage work at the site with a keen focus on quality control & standards of practice.
- Constant coordination with contractors to meet the requirements.
- Managing projects between clients & vendors
- Preparing Shop drawings
- Designing Budget-friendly villas and apartments.
- Facade designs for commercial complexes and Institutions.

**Qualifications & Skillset**:
1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in architecture from an accredited program is required.

2. experience required.

3. Ability to work across disciplines of Architecture, Structural, and MEP.

4. Must have the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

5. Expert software and computer skills required including AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Rendering Programs, and Microsoft Professional Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). AutoCAD and Sketchup proficiency is mandatory.

6. Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills are required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
