**Job Description: Jr. Social Media Executive**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop, write, and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- **Scheduling & Posting**: Plan and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platform schedulers.
- **Community Management**: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to build a loyal audience.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to suggest innovative ideas.
- **Analytics**: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators for visually appealing and cohesive campaigns.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and execute unique ideas.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design platforms.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, or Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
