
Back Office Assistant

As a Back Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and smooth functioning of back-office operations within the organization. You will be tasked with various administrative and operational duties that are crucial for the company's day-to-day functioning. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work within established procedures will be essential in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Process Management: Manage and oversee the processing of various back-office transactions, including but not limited to, data entry, record maintenance, and documentation.
2. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all back-office transactions and activities. Ensure that records are properly stored and easily retrievable as needed.
3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while performing back-office tasks. Stay updated with relevant regulations and ensure adherence to them.
4. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on back-office processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies promptly.
5. Communication: Liaise with other departments within the organization to coordinate back-office activities effectively. Communicate any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of operations.
6. Reporting: Prepare and generate reports on back-office activities as required by management. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency.
7. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise in the back-office environment. Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions.
8. Process Improvement: Continuously look for opportunities to streamline and improve back-office processes. Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
9. Training and Development: Provide training and support to new employees joining the back-office team. Share knowledge and best practices to facilitate skill development and improve team performance.
10. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues in the back-office team to achieve common goals and objectives. Support a positive and inclusive work environment.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in back-office operations or a similar administrative role.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to back-office functions.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
