Preparing plans and scheduling for planting and harvesting.
- Visit the differnt locations to inspect crops and their stages.
- Oversee the work of farming units of various farmers crops and suggest improvements and changes if required any.
- Supervising the workers in the warehouse while grading.
- Quality checking of the Harvested product.
- Recording the crop performance and providing the regular feedback to Senior Manager.
- Driving quality adoption by farmers.
- Making farmer visit reports and data base files and sharing it with the Senior Manager
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tumkur, Tumkur - 572128, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
