**Urgent vacancy for Bakery & Confectionary department**

**Location - Madhyamgram, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Manufacture items as per given on daily order sheet.**:

- **Work in team as allotted**:

- **Follow all reasonable (safe) directions by your supervisor**:

- **Maintain standards set for individual products by the Dept heads**:

- **Report damages, bad batch immediately to your supervisor**:

- **Weigh ingredients to prepare & mixing purpose**:

- **Clean kitchen equipment and tools after use and keep work area clean.**:

- **Operate plant and machinery in line with utmost safety, correct policies, procedures and training**:

- **Do not take drugs or consume alcohol before or at work**:

- **Maintaining sanitation standards in the kitchen by cleaning work surfaces before and after each use**:

- **Maintain utmost hygiene at work premises**:

- **Maintain personal hygiene**:

- **Maintain workplace decorum**:

- **Keeps waste to a minimum by ordering and utilizing proper quantities and by maintaining FIFO products**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
