Laundry Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Staff Supervision & Training**
- Supervise laundry attendants, washers, pressers, and folder operators.
- Train new employees on laundry procedures and equipment usage.
- Schedule shifts and manage workload distribution.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.

2. **Operations Management**
- Ensure all laundry processes (washing, drying, ironing, folding) are performed efficiently and on time.
- Monitor sorting, stain removal, and proper handling of different fabric types.
- Maintain quality control to ensure laundry meets cleanliness and presentation standards.

3. **Equipment Oversight**
- Operate and oversee the use of industrial laundry machines.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs of equipment.
- Report any malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.

4. **Inventory Control**
- Monitor usage and stock levels of laundry detergents, chemicals, and linens.
- Order supplies when necessary and manage inventory records.
- Track damaged or lost items and take appropriate action.

5. **Health & Safety Compliance**
- Ensure the laundry area complies with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Train staff in safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.

6. **Customer Service & Communication**
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to meet laundry demands.
- Resolve complaints or issues related to laundry services.
- Maintain clear communication with management regarding workflow and any concerns.

7. **Record Keeping & Reporting**
- Maintain logs of laundry loads, maintenance, incidents, and inventory usage.
- Prepare reports for management on productivity, costs, and staffing needs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
