Medical Biller

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end medical billing process, including claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Review and verify patient demographics, insurance information, and medical records for accurate billing and coding.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims to insurance providers, government agencies, and other payers.
- Monitor claim status and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and rejections in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to address billing inquiries, resolve payment disputes, and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, coding guidelines, and reimbursement policies to ensure compliance and optimize revenue generation.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify and rectify billing errors, coding inaccuracies, and compliance issues.
- Generate financial reports, analyze billing data, and provide insights on revenue trends, reimbursement rates, and collections performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and other stakeholders to facilitate prompt claims processing and payment.
- Train and educate staff on medical billing procedures, coding guidelines, and documentation requirements to improve accuracy and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Medical Billing Executive or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of medical billing procedures, coding systems (such as CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), and reimbursement methodologies (including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance).
- Familiarity with billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations, such as HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.
- Proficient in using productivity tools, such as spreadsheets, databases, and reporting software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
