About Malkin

Malkin is a women-founder growth platform based in Gurgaon. We run weekly SheBuild bootcamps, in-house **BrandLab** builds, and a 6-month **Residency** where founders work alongside our core team.

**Role Summary**:
The Graphic Designer creates impactful **branding assets, social media creatives, and packaging designs** that ensure brand consistency across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design **branding elements, digital creatives, print materials, and packaging**.
- Maintain **visual consistency** across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the Content Writer and Video Editor for unified messaging.
- Upload and manage creative assets in shared drives/project management tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing **branding and digital design work**.
- Proficiency in tools like **Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva Pro**.
- Ability to adapt designs to **multiple formats and platforms**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of **modern AI-assisted development workflows**.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Standard**:Tue-Sat, 10:00-19:00 IST** (Asia/Kolkata).
- Occasional **Mon/Sat evening** support during cohort weeks and office tours (comp-offs provided).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- DLF Ph-II, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- English (preferred)
