**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate with QA analysts and developers to understand software requirements and design comprehensive automated test cases.
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects to the development team.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure timely and efficient test execution.
- Log defects in a tracking system (e.g., JIRA) with detailed steps to reproduce and monitor them through resolution.
- Document automated test scripts, procedures, and results for future reference and audits.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to ensure the highest quality of the product.
- Suggest and implement improvements in test automation processes and frameworks.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
- Proficiency in using automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar, and familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) and integrating automated tests into the pipeline.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in identifying test scenarios and potential issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
