**Job Descriptions**:
**Daily Activity** 1. Making tea and washing cup 2. Change the drinking water & glass in pantry 3. Glass clean in properly & dry in proper place. 4. Water jar clean & wash 5. Handling incoming call and transfer to concern person. 6. Daily clean all pantry area 7. Daily two times water bottle filled 8. Brought tiffin, parcel for director’s 9. Daily Pooja 10. All directors cabin clean 11. Conference room all area clean 12. Letter box checking 13. Check and clean server room 14. Daily Department cleaning 15. Handling incoming call and transfer to concern person. 16. Daily check flyer stand.

**Weekly Activity**:

- 1st and 3rd week 9. Dust Bin, Cloth wash 10. Clean all drinking bottles and Jar 11. Name Plate clean 12. Prepare expense bills.

**Monthly Activity -** alternate Month 14. Change the calendar every month 1st date. 15. Pantry all area & chairs, tables Clean 16. Clean all fans in office.

**Yearly Activity - ** Both 17. Windows Curtains washing & cleaning.

**Additional Activity** 1. Factory bills invert in invert register 2. Bank visit - Cheque deposit, documents submit. 3. Collecting cheque from clients as per respective department instruction 4. Stationery Stock, material purchase & collection
(Stationery, Pantry material, exhibition poster etc.) 5. Issue stationery to employee and formats as per requirement 6. Exhibition stationery bag, poster ready as per requirement 7. Completing any outdoor work it given 8. Completing directors personnel outdoor work 9. Providing snacks /tea for guest.

**Salary**: 10000/- to 17000/
