We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team and provide essential support across various office tasks. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a collaborative work environment, we'd love to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Utilize computer skills to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Aid in maintaining office cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with packing, labeling, and dispatching orders as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient communication.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Contribute to inventory management by monitoring and restocking office supplies.
- Perform general administrative tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt.
- Previous office experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages, as well as perform light manual tasks.
**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
