- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all dishes.
- Create and innovate new recipes while maintaining authenticity in American-style cuisine.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Control wastage and manage food cost effectively.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is well-maintained and report any issues promptly.
- Train and guide junior staff on recipes, cooking techniques, and kitchen discipline.
- Proven experience as a Burger Chef / American Cuisine Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of American cuisine — burgers, grills, BBQ, sauces, and comfort food.
- Creativity and attention to detail in plating and flavor.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
