**Primary Responsibility**

**Merchant Portfolio monitoring**
***
- Identify changes in trend on volumes and take actions to ensure portfolio quality is maintained. Regular TTD monitoring and reporting on this
- Keeping a track on regions or segments with higher Chargeback ratios/amounts and formulating the corrective action plan, if required
- Monthly reporting on NPA & write off
- Tracking of overdue merchant accounts due to chargeback reasons
- Deactivation process as per agreed parameters with Business teams

**Policy/process training/Conducting of test**
- Conducting Annual policy refresher test for approvers
- Interaction with central DIP and product teams on policy parameters

**Policy Framework/ MIS decks**

- Formulation of Acquiring Policies for new segments and form factors taking into account the specific credits risks applicable.
- Monitoring of Closure of deferrals approved by line/policy teams a monthly basis
- Review of low vintage merchant accounts with nil volumes or higher CTS ratios
- Summary on TOD clearance on a monthly basis feedback from RPM teams and operations teams
- Quarterly review of Aggregator merchants with sub merchant segments
- Preparation and release of monthly Dashboard MIS and internal snapshot

**Policy Standardization**

- Ensure all policy changes are effectively communicated to the front line teams by way of training to DIP teams and appropriate discussion with product teams
- Ensure necessary systems controls are implemented before any policy is rolled out. Effectively monitor all changes by way of system reports and feedbacks from the line team
- Coordination with BIU for set up data and publish trends on exception approvals
