**Wanted Store Manager for Organic Shop - Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai**
- Maintain the shop timing from morning 8 am to 5 pm.
- Manage all the activities of the organic shop including managing shop, billing, cash handling, inventory, purchase & accounts, customer servicing & various duties etc
- To assign and monitor jobs for other staff
- To report to MD on the sales and other store-related activities.
- To make effective communication with customers and vendors.
- To bring in ideas to increase sales and execute those ideas.
- To follow up with customers on online orders
- Prepare and send the reports to MD at Day end.

**Job description**:

- Keeping a record of sales and restocking the organic store accordingly.
- Managing and training store staff.
- Planning promotional campaigns for new products / holiday discounts.
- Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
- Ensure that sales records are maintained in the system and the cash is closed.
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and professional to customer.
- A high school qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, would be advantageous.
- Good communication skills.

**Skills required**:

- Any degree
- Prior experience on managing the staffs or store.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic Internet & social media knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
