Production & Quality Control Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Oversee the production process of CLC blocks and Prestressed Boundary Walls.

Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet targets.

Monitor the use of raw materials like fly ash, cement, and foaming agents.

Ensure the effective operation of equipment and machinery in the production line.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing procedures and protocols.

Quality Control:
Implement quality control standards as per BIS 2185 Part 4: 2008 specifications.

Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality benchmarks.

Conduct regular tests on product density, compressive strength, and other key parameters.

Ensure CLC blocks and boundary wall panels meet standards for thermal insulation, soundproofing, and fire resistance.

Address product defects and initiate corrective actions when necessary.

Record and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:
Lead process improvements to reduce waste and enhance production quality.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production technologies.

Develop strategies to improve production workflows and reduce costs.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
