**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE***:
***Minimum of 3 years experience as a Compex Instructor.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**: Elementary school and diploma passed, A valid Compex certificate

**DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS**:
***A recognised teaching and assessor qualification, and a first aid qualification.

**JOB DESCRIPTION***:The role of the Compex Instructor is to deliver an array of high-quality instruction and assessment that conforms to the Compex Scheme.

**MAIN ROLE**:

- Deliver training courses in accordance with the pre-determined syllabus for the course allocated, taking account of the requirements of all applicable legislation and the company’s HSEQ management system
- Supervision of delegates throughout theoretical and practical training sessions ensuring all exercises are conducted in a competent, safe and professional manner
- Liaise with fellow instructors/assessors to provide/ensure consistent delivery, ongoing support, learning and mentoring and engendering a strong team spirit and work ethic at all times
- Undertake a continuous review of revisions of legislation, ensuring that any amendments are brought to the attention of the Senior Management Team for incorporation within appropriate course syllabus material
- To assist with bookings, social media promotion and marketing of training
- Responsible for developing and maintaining working relationships with clients
- Responsible for providing a professional service and attitude towards clients
- Ability to mentor additional Instructors
- Other related duties, as required.
