**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new market opportunities, trends, and potential customer segments.
- Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and feedback to understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product.
- Prepare comprehensive market analysis reports, including identifying opportunities, risks, and market gaps.
- Track industry developments and competitors, providing insights on market share, pricing strategies, and competitive advantages.
- **Competitor Analysis**:

- Perform competitor analysis by evaluating their products, pricing, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.
- Identify key strengths and weaknesses of competitors and provide actionable recommendations for positioning our product.
- Monitor competitors’ business strategies, identifying risks and opportunities for the company.
- **Risk Assessment**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to assess potential risks associated with market entry or expansion.
- Assist in developing strategies to mitigate market risks, such as customer attrition, pricing pressures, and regulatory challenges.
- **Sales Strategy Support**:

- Support the sales team by researching potential clients and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations for potential clients, incorporating market and competitor insights.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales staff to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities based on market insights.
- **Client Engagement & Feedback**:

- Gather feedback from clients and prospects, incorporating this into product positioning and marketing strategy.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, understanding their concerns and expectations.
- **Sales Reporting & Forecasting**:

- Prepare sales forecasts, taking into account market trends and competitive analysis.
- Regularly review sales data and performance against targets, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Marketing, or Market Research.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and market research tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and social media analytics is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying market risks and opportunities.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 - 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
