**Role**: Sales Manager **Industry**: Real Estate

**Designation: Senior Executive Department: Sales & Business Development**

**Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Location: Coimbatore**

**Key Responsibilities**: o Greet & meet the prospective customers visiting the project location o Explain the construction product and provide detailed walkthrough/overview of the project and project amenities o Knowledge of competitor products and pricing in the market of operations o Explanation of competitive edge of the organization’s products by comparing the offerings to that of competitor’s offerings in vicinity o Drive sales closure from the walk-in customers o Regular follow ups with walk-in customers on the status of closure, doubts, clarifications etc. about the project

**Ideal Qualification & Skills**: o Any graduate degree o Excellent communication skills o Proficiency in Tamil & English o Very energetic, determined to be successful, and ability to deal with new or difficult situations easily

**Overall Work Experience preferred**: o 2 years experience in Sales or Customer facing role o Real Estate Experience preferred (not mandatory)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
