**Job Summary**:As a Graphics Designer at **Woxwer Digital Agency** you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and visually communicating our message to our target audience. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for design, a strong understanding of current design trends, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual stories.

**Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualize and Design**:Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various mediums, including digital and print. Develop and maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to ensure design aligns with overall brand strategy.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and achieve the desired outcome.

**Brand Development**:Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the company's visual brand identity. Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and platforms.

**Stay Updated on Design Trends**:Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements into projects. Continuously improve design skills and share knowledge with the team.

**Project Management**:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. Maintain organized files and documentation for all design work.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience as a Graphics Designer.**:

- **Agency experience** is a plus.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Minimum 6 month of professional experience**.
- Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI concepts.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
