**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Perform keyword research to guide content teams.
- Conduct on-page SEO optimization (meta tags, headings, image alt texts, URL structure, internal linking, etc.).
- Implement off-page SEO strategies including backlinking, directory submissions, and social bookmarking.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop SEO-optimized web pages and blog content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm updates from search engines.
- Generate weekly and monthly SEO reports with actionable insights.
- Optimize website speed and mobile-friendliness from an SEO perspective.

**Key Qualities We’re Looking For**:

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
