As a Telecaller at GURCHARANAM, you will play a crucial role in our student enrollment process for IIT-JEE, NEET-UG, and Foundation courses. You will be responsible for contacting potential students, providing information about our courses, and persuading them to enroll. This role requires effective communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to achieve enrollment targets

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Place outbound calls to potential students who have expressed interest in our courses or have been identified as potential leads.
- Provide detailed information about our IIT-JEE, NEET-UG, and Foundation programs, including course features, benefits, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Address inquiries from prospective students and their parents, addressing any concerns or questions they may have about the courses and institute.
- Maintain a database of leads and regularly follow up to nurture leads into enrollments.
- Keep records of interactions with potential students.
- Schedule appointments for interested students and their parents to visit the institute, attend counseling sessions, or participate in admission tests.
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets as set by the institute.
- Gather feedback from prospective students and parents to help improve the enrollment process and course offerings.
- Collaborate with the admissions team, counselors, and marketing department to ensure a coordinated and effective enrollment process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
