**The Role: Video Editor**

This isn’t your regular cut-and-trim job. We’re looking for a **creative storyteller with serious visual instincts** — someone who sees rhythm in raw footage, feels emotion in a frame, and lives to create edits that _move people_.

As our **in-house Video Editor**, you’ll be at the center of shaping how Phoenix Live and our client brands show up in motion. From corporate brand AVs and event after-movies to social media reels, speaker bumpers, animation-led edits, and storytelling montages — your role will span the full length and depth of branded video content.

**What You’ll Own**

**Creative Video Editing**
- Take raw footage, design inputs, client notes, and event content to **craft compelling narrative edits**:

- Build sleek AVs, snappy reels, teaser promos, and impact-led event highlights that carry brand soul
- Create both long-form edits and short-form content with **pacing, tone, and emotion** that fits the moment

**Conceptual Thinking & Collaboration**
- Brainstorm edit approaches with creative leads and account teams
- Contribute to ideation of story arcs, transitions, VFX concepts, and motion-led brand storytelling
- Translate brand intent into edit mood and tone — making every frame _feel_ like the client

**Motion Graphics & Animation (Preferred but not mandatory)**
- Add motion design layers, basic text animations, transitions, and other VFX finesse when needed
- Collaborate with design & 3D teams for multimedia integrations into video workflows

**Precision, Detail & Timelines**
- Work on quick turnarounds without compromising on quality — especially post-events
- Own end-to-end execution: raw cut, edit versions, sound sync, color correction, and final output
- Keep files organized, assets ready, and exports optimized for multiple platforms

**Who You Are**
- 2-4 years of strong experience as a **video editor**, ideally in agency, event, or content studio setups
- Proficient in **Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic audio editing** (DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator is a bonus)
- You understand **rhythm, pacing, audio layering, typography, and emotion** — and how to use them to create standout edits
- A team player with a positive attitude, **zero ego**, and love for feedback loops that help you grow
- Comfortable with shifting briefs, live event turnarounds, and high-volume video workflows
- Highly organized with respect for timelines, team interdependencies, and quality control

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
