Qc Associate

Overview:
Location:Gummidpundi
- The objective of this position is executing the quality plan by testing of raw materials, finished products and packing materials to ensure supply of quality products to Kemin’s internal and external customers.
- Work Environment: Quality Control laboratories at GMD and factory as whole
- The incumbent will be required to work in early morning and evening shifts occasionally

**Responsibilities**:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collect materials for testing as per the approved sampling plan
- Carry out routine testing of raw materials, finished products and packing materials as per SOP.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in the analytical results.
- Maintain appropriate records as per GMP, ISO, HACCP and FAMIQS guidelines and ensure that they are available for audit.
- Update the reviewed methods and procedures to quality systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all analysis completed.
- Ensure and maintain the recommended safety measures in laboratory
- Maintain the control samples for raw material and finished product as per Kemin standard.
- Regular basis analysis of shelf life sample and maintain the sample till the product get expired.
- Ensure that RM and packing material are received with approved suppliers with proper documents
- Ensure that market returned products and expired product are analyzed and reported to the concerned team member.
- Carry out any other Quality Control related activities as per the direction given by the supervisor

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Microbiology with 3 years of experiences in the relevant field
